In accordance with the Real-name Registration Programme for SIM Cards announced by the Office of the Communications Authority, all unregistered existing prepaid SIM card cannot be used after 23 Feb 2023. If your registered mobile number with Dah Sing Bank, Limited ("the Bank") is an unregistered SIM Card, please be reminded to contact your telecommunication service provider or 18 designated post offices to complete registration in order not to impact your ability to continue to use our banking and / or credit card services such as receiving of verification code for online transactions and other notifications etc. If there is any changes to your personal information (e.g. your mobile phone number), please click here for downloading the "Customer Information Amendment Form" and return the completed form in person to any of the Bank's branches or by mail to GPO Box 333, Hong Kong.
