Announcement on the "Important Notice on New Core Banking System Upgrade" / "New Core Banking System Upgrade - Notification of Temporary Suspension of Banking Services" / "New Core Banking System Upgrade – Notification of Temporary Suspension of Credit Card-related Services" / "Notice of Amendments to Terms and Conditions of Related Banking Services and Bank Service Charges" / "Notice of Amendments to Terms and Conditions of 328 Business Account"

The upgrade of the core banking system ("System Upgrade") of Dah Sing Bank, Limited ("Bank") will be implemented from 12:00 am on 7 Apr 2023 to 10:00 pm on 8 Apr 2023 ("Cut-Over Period"). To facilitate the System Upgrade, we wish to call your attention to the temporary suspension of certain services of the Bank during the Cut-Over Period.

With effect from 8Apr 2023 ("Effective Date"), certain terms and conditions of the banking services and the Bank Service Charges of the Bank shall be revised. Please click here for details of the "Notice of Amendments to Terms and Conditions of Related Banking Services and Bank Service Charges" and click here for details of the "Notice of Amendments to Terms and Conditions of 328 Business Account".

Please note that you may refuse to accept the above mentioned "Notice of Amendments to Terms and Conditions of Related Banking Services and Bank Service Charges" and / or "Notice of Amendments to Terms and Conditions of 328 Business Account" by giving notice to the Bank to terminate the relevant services and / or account(s). Otherwise, the amendments shall be binding on you if you continue to use the relevant services and / or maintain the relevant account(s) on or after the Effective Date. Please also note that the Bank may not be able to continue to provide you with the relevant services if you do not accept the "Notice of Amendments to Terms and Conditions of Related Banking Services and Bank Service Charges" and / or "Notice of Amendments to Terms and Conditions of 328 Business Account".
