The promotion period begins from 1 February 2008 and continues until further notice. |

To qualify for the Cash Bonus, the customer must successfully apply online for any of the above loan products and withdraw the loan; the relevant account must be valid, with good records and with no early settlement record (if applicable). Each customer is entitled to a single Cash Bonus for each loan product. |

If the online loan application is not approved, other personal loan plans may be offered. However, in such a circumstance the Cash Bonus will not be offered. |
| 4. |
The Cash Bonus will be credited to eligible customers' loan accounts or repayment accounts within 3 months after the qualifying loan is successfully drawn down. |

Dah Sing Bank reserves the right to offer other gifts or coupons instead of the Cash Bonus. |
| 6. |
In the event of a dispute concerning the Cash Bonus, the decision of Dah Sing Bank shall be final. |

Dah Sing Bank reserves the right to terminate the promotion at any time or revise these terms and conditions from time to time. |
